Mark Palmer (Partner in the Rugby office), who oversaw the deal from Cottons’ side, commented: “The transfer negotiations were very straightforward. As a result of the sale, the Cottons team has gained two new staff members. Zach Rees played an essential role in bringing the clients on board, and Debi Pitcher and Wendy Cox have integrated well into the Cottons office life.
