Chrystal Terry

Senior Accountant

After spending a year in industry Chrystal made her return to practice, starting at Cottons in July 2022 as a Senior Accountant. Day to day, Chrystal’s role focuses on the preparation of accounts and tax returns for a variety of businesses and individuals, where she aims to deliver high quality services to all clients. She has enjoyed getting to know a number of clients on an individual basis, and learning how best to support each business through the different stages of their lifecycle.

 

Chrystal has a passion for learning; she is ACCA qualified and is currently studying towards her CTA qualification, which she believes will be great addition to her expanding knowledge-base and a real asset when assisting clients with their tax needs. Throughout her career she has particularly enjoyed aiding clients with their move onto digital record keeping, providing ongoing support to build confidence and independence in their chosen software.

 

Chrystal is a firm believer in the importance of clear communication, and prioritises supporting both clients and trainees with any queries they may have. She is a proud member of the Cottons team and values their diligent, forward-thinking approach to both internal development and client services.

 

Outside of work Chrystal is a keen golfer and loves the time spent outdoors almost as much as analysing the stats afterwards.
